THE ENQUIRER, Sept 13, has a full-page article on Roy
Horn, with the following:
"Seigfried and Roy are worried that the tape of Roy's
grisly mauling will be made available on the internet. Feld Entertainment -
which produced the show - hasn't turned it over despite being served with
two subpoenas by the USDA.
Those who've seen it say it shows the animal handlers
bashing the cat over the head with a fire extinguisher in a desperate bid to
free Roy. Feld is concerned that the USDA could cite them for hitting the
cat, and animal rights groups like Peta will express public outrage."
The Enquirer prints letters to the editor:
Short letters (3-4 sentences) are more likely to be
printed. They pay $25 per printed letter; incl.
name and address.
