A Visitor's Comment about Cock Fighting and Those Who Promote It

Re: Cockfighting for the Squeamish

Only a man who hasn't got the guts to fight for himself would allow an animal to do it for him, such as cockfights, dogfights and of course the old "My father can beat your father any day.".

This Senator is an idiot and if he legally and consciously represents the majority of the people of  the State, we're all in trouble. Can't they read? Can't they write? Can't they talk?

Pitting one animal against another? So much for "Freedom of choice", eh? One of the dumbest and most insulting things I've read in years.

The topper would be if the FDA paid the State millions and called it a test of some kind, which, by the way, wouldn't surprise me in the least.

To those whom I've copied on this email, if it isn't otherwise noted, State Senator Frank Shurden of Oklahoma wants to put "little gloves" on roosters during cockfighting. "Human boxing, he points out, is legal. "Who's going to object to chickens fighting like humans?" It's no wonder, just NO wonder . For Gods sake get rid of this jerk.
