Proof Hudson Valley Foie Gras cuts beaks
I have proof that Hudson Valley Foie Gras cuts the
upper bills off their ducks, because I have two ducks to prove it, that I
rescued from there.

Also, the nails on their feet appear to have been
seared off. I have up-close shots of the beaks. In fact, they were bleeding
from their beaks on the drive home to CT.
If Zinc Restaurant in New Haven CT wants to claim they
don't force-feed the ducks there -- which I don't believe for a second -- I
have proof they cut the bills, and this is horribly cruel. Their beaks are
very sensitive. The babies would cry if I accidentally touch the beak, it
was so painful for them.
So just for that reason alone Zinc is supporting animal
cruelty. I guess
they must buy their foie gras from Hudson Valley Foie
Gras since they claim they went up there and said they don't force feed.
