Wow, just sent to my attention -

The translators and editors of the Revised Standard Version (RSV) translation of the Bible actually took it upon themselves to demand that God’s actual Name was “entirely inappropriate” for any Christian to read from the Scriptures! Take note of the RSV’s opening notes regarding the Name of God:

“While it is almost if not quite certain that the Name was originally pronounced ‘Yahweh,’… the use of any proper name for the one and only God, as though there were other gods from whom He had to be distinguished, was discontinued in Judaism before the Christian era and is entirely inappropriate for the universal faith of the Christian Church.”

LOL... So, does anyone else want to argue with me about the legitimacy of the Western scholars knowledge and or ability?  Not only are these people blind to His name, thus, evidently its not only Judaic specific who He’s hiding His true name from, but these dunderheads are taking it even further than the Rabbinate and discontinueing the use of a false title..LOL..  Does He have a sense of humor or what? Lol.
