THIS DEFENSELESS, CRIPPLED DOG TRIED TO RUN AWAY AND ESCAPE (ON TWO LEGS) WHILE THESE MEN THREW ROCKS AT HIM/HER. THESE MEN TAUNTED AN EMACIATED DISABLED ANIMAL WITHOUT PROVOCATION.
