PROLOGUE: Editors Note: Please Join Facebook,
there is so much to offer and the animals need you
I Joined Facebook a few months ago. I would highly recommend everyone join. Not only can you finds old friends but there are a great deal of animal causes that you can join and also form your own cause page. Facebook Is becoming a great opportunity for Animal Activists to meet each other and become more effective as we now grow in united numbers. Animal Rights Activist are becoming recognized as a serious group of educated and well informed people.
We Aren't going away and we now have many people rethinking their values regarding animals. The unhealthy affect meat laden diets have on the populations health is now a serious issue. People are being encouraged to lower by great amounts their consumption of meat and dairy.
Animals used as commodities are also becoming unpopular and hunting is rapidly evolving into a disappearing sport(?) , if you call that a sport. The last statistics show only 7% of the population hunts. The younger generations aren't sharing the enthusiasm their mentors have for killing animals. Dead heads on the walls aren't decoration, their dead heads with blank stony glass eyes.
“To love is to risk not being loved in return. To hope is to risk pain. To try is to risk failure; but risk must be taken, because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.”
