NEWS-- ALF Action Dedicated to Jeremy and Josh

[The North American ALF Press Office received the following Communique:]

To whom it may concern, During the early morning hours of December 7th, members of the Animal Liberation Front decomissioned 3 billboard vehicles wich were being rented by the Long Island Fur Factory Outlet in Westbury. Two of the vehicles were being used to promote a million dollar fur liquidation sale going on at a Uniondale hotel convention center. We spraypainted the billboard signs, 6 in total, with a wide assortment of anti-fur slogans and decorated the billboards with splatters of red paint. We then opened all the gas tanks and proceeded to pour debris and dirt into the opening. The truck's carborators were opened and damaged and fuel, brake, and coolant lines cut. All electrical lines were cut as well. All three trucks had their tires slashed. Each truck had a series of 20 track lights used to illuminate the billboards, all track lights were shattered. All the trucks had their side windows and windshields smashed out.

Lastly a message spray painted read "please check your brake lines, we may hate you but we are not trying to hurt you, ALF". The ALF is built upon a strict code of non-violence, our motivations for taking this direct action was to help put an end to pain and suffering, not to inflict any pain or suffering as a result of a vehicular malfuntion.

This action is in solidarity with Josh Harper, Jeremy Parkin, and all other above ground activists who have become targets of political repression. Our hearts are with you always!

To the billboard advertising agency, and the furriers at the Long Island Fur Factory our message is simple, STOP MURDERING INNOCENT LIVES, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OR FACE US AGAIN AND AGAIN....... ALF
