Chained Dogs: Please Stop Looking the Other Way
Outside dogs-particularly those living at the end of a chain-lead very tough lives. Chained dogs are alone, exposed, never allowed to play or run, and often the victims of neglect and abuse. When they get sick, usually no one notices.
