Animals Activcist strike another Blow to
HUNTINGDON LIFE SCIENCES
Charles Schwab ends relationship with HLS ...
Great news! In response to customer complaints, Charles Schwab & Co. severed its relationship with notorious vivisector HLS-Huntingdon Life Sciences. It will no longer sell HLS stock! If you have an account with Charles Schwab, please send them a thank you letter. E-Trade has yet to stop selling HLS stocks. Keep the pressure on! See www.shacusa.net for more
information. Here's the news from their website:
Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. has issued a notification to all of its customers that hold shares in Huntingdon Life Sciences that they have until the end of the month to either get rid of this investment - or find a new broker.
This latest victory in the SHAC campaign is a crippling blow to HLS and a major precedent. Charles Schwab is the world's biggest online broker and it's
abandonment of HLS leaves HLS destined to a short financial life of NO fluidity in shares.
Charles Schwab sided with compassion and helped to financially isolate this failing lab. If the world's biggest broker can take such a commendable step - so
can other brokerage firms like E*Trade.
Good job to everyone that phone, emailed, wrote, and demoed against Schwab. Now lets get cracking on the others!
