The On-Line Newsletter
From 29 April 2002 Issue
WRITE
USDA has been killing massive numbers of Canada geese since 1997 across the
nation.
This year they are proposing giving the power to state wildlife management agencies to liberally round up and kill Canada geese without obtaining federal permits, which is against the MBTA. Even though USDA has been sued in the Federal Court system, they continue to break federal laws, kill geese, and get by with it.
Please contact me if you have any questions with this matter.
Please forward this action alert to anyone who may write in a letter of opposition.
The deadline for sending in letters is May 30, 2002.
Sincerely,
