PETITION AGAINST WOMAN WHO DRAGGED PUPPY BEHIND HER CAR:

In Temple Texas, a 74 year old woman tied her 6 month old puppy to the back of her car with an extension cord, and drove "slowly" over 2 miles to the animal shelter, to turn the dog in for chasing and killing her cat. This was done on the weekend and the dog was left at the gate and not found till Monday morning......they had to put the pup down, as the DOG had unbelievable wounds and also A MISSING LIMB from being dragged! Please sign the petition calling for her to be prosecuted.

Here is the link for the petition: http://www.petitiononline.com/forsnow/petition.html

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A TEXAS RESIDENT TO SIGN.
