SERIOUS SITUATION FOR THE ANIMALS
YOUR HELP IS URGENTLY NEEDED!!
Please call, write, e-mail or fax to individuals below. Feel free to use the sample letter provided or compose your own.
To get a better understanding of the problem...please take the time to read the court cases displayed at http://www.geocities.com/allcarelawsuits . There are many more complaints than appear on the web site.
It has come to our attention that there have been an inordinate number of lawsuits and administrative complaints against All Care Animal Referral Center alleging that animals are being harmed and/or killed while under their care.
There are also allegations that the hospital increases fees two and three times beyond the original estimates after treatment has been given. These most serious problems are well documented by court record pending court cases, the media, and in complaints filed with the California Veterinary Medical Board----and yet nothing is being done.
A website has even been set up( http://members.aol.com/acarclawsuits ) to make the public aware of the practices of All-Care Animal Referral Center.
Though abundant proof has been provided in lab reports, personal accounts, witnesses, and medical records, the California Veterinary Medical Board has ignored the evidence and closed many cases without adequate research and/or investigation. The board has had 8 to 10 years of very serious charges with countless documentation including complaints from other veterinarians and yet they have chosen to do nothing. Even the few cases that have been referred to the Attorney General's office have been there so long as to permit these unconscionable practices to continue.
It is absolutely necessary that a thorough investigation take place and that charges be filed. Your immediate attention to this extremely urgent matter would be greatly appreciated.
