From Penny Lowell - 1 April 2005

Dear Folks at Animalkind,

My name is Penny. I adopted 2 wonderful kittens from you in December of 2000. I have just obtained a digital camera (joining the digital age), and have always wanted to send you a few photos of our babies. They are both such wonderful cats, and have been a big part of our lives for the past 4+ years. (To enlarge the photo of Boots and Whiskers, click on the photo or link)

In the attached photos, you will also see our dog, Cheechie, and our newest addition, 6 month old Smokey. The tuxedo brothers I adopted from you were named Boots and Whiskers. A few years ago, we almost lost Boots. He got very sick and had to have emergency surgery. It was a very rough 5 days, but he made it through his operation and came home to us. He had to take medication for a while. Oh, what a joy that was!!!!!! But, 2 years later, he is healthy as can be.

We love these animals like they are our children. We have 2 kids, so with 4 animals, there is a lot of love in the house. I have always wanted to just say thank you. These 2 cats are such a joy, and I can't imagine a day without them.
