Letters/Fan Mail

From Kathy Vigneaux - 10 Mar 2010

Hi Katrin,

I am sure you won't remember me with all the people that come through your door, but I just wanted to take a moment to thank you again for my cat. I adopted my friend, Nikoli (Nikki) last Memorial Day week end. His name at that time was Zar. He has grown into a huge, beautiful companion who never stops putting a smile on my face. When I walk through my door at the end of the day, no matter where he is he comes running and throws himself down in front of me to have his tummy rubbed. He has his own language that he has taught me so he can let me know his needs. He loves to be near me at night in the bed and watches out the window for me to drive up. I love this cat so much and like to think the feelings are shared.

Thank you again for bringing him into my life.
Kathy Vigneaux

Felines living in such colonies are assured kind daily care.  Adoption to  homes providing love and care for cats and kittens is encouraged.   We also provide low or no cost spaying and neutering assistance to low income pet owners and help increase public awareness and education through the media, special events, and publications to promote compassion, respect, and kindness towards all animals.
