6 Mother Cats with Kittens Left Behind-
Animalkind to the Rescue!

Animalkind receives calls for help from a large geographic area.  We received a call about a sad case of 5-6 nursing female mother cats, each with a litter, in dire need of rescuing.
 Animalkind responded immediately.
It was worse than we imagined.
We found a filthy trailer where 11 kittens and 6 mom's were trying to find food and shelter.
We picked up all kittens, ranging in age from 4 weeks to 8 weeks old, all are healthy and super sweet. Many of the kittens are Manx kittens, meaning they have no tail.

The adult mother cats were amazingly docile and seemed almost relieved to let Animalkind put them into carriers. The kittens, also, were very friendly and easy to handle.
Please come to Animalkind and visit these cute and very affectionate kitties.
Maybe one or two will find their way into your heart.

Jack before Jack after all

JACK:  Sweet JACK was rescued from  the euthanasia list at a kill shelter and his picture just pulled at our heart strings.  After coming to Animalkind, he blossomed into a handsome, wise fellow.  Jack is housebroken and loves other dogs and cats.  He is laid back, great w/ kids and people and crate-trained. He walks on the leash like a king!  Jack is about 5-6 years old and has lived a life full of stories, including his abandonment. He deserves another chance and hopes that someone will open their heart to him and spent some joyful years with this magnificent dog!

A Happy Adoption:

Katrin,
Here are some pictures of my beautiful blind girl. I have to say that I am so grateful that you wonderful individuals rescued this incredible kitten. Of all the years of being an animal lover unto the underdog, I never thought that I could fill the horrible loss of my cat of 15 years. Everyday I cried for 2 years now, but much to my surprise this little Miss is gradually healing my hurt. I wish that everyone who has felt my sorrow at the death of a beloved pet would look to a handicapped kitten. Within them truly is an appreciation to fill your hurt with closure as they and they alone can understand what pain actually is, and the strength that they have as over-comers is unique and sweet and genuine. I believe that they can see past our blindness to show us how to really see the beauty in loving.

BETSY needs Your Help!
Betsy is only 5 month young and came to Animalkind when she was just 8 weeks. She was emaciated and sick when we found her. Alone and starving-only a baby kitten. After two months of medical care and lots of TLC, she blossomed into a LOVE BUG! There is nothing she likes more than to cuddle and purr. Last month she started to have difficulties with walking. Several vet visits and X-rays determined that she has dislocated knees and a pelvic problem, something that is genetic and develops around her age. There is HOPE- an operation can save Betsy's life and let her enjoy playing and keep on loving.
We need to raise $ 3000 to help Betsy to have surgery.

Please DONATE NOW  and help little Betsy to a full life.

She also needs a home!!
