Congresswoman Lois Capps INFORMATION / TALKING POINTS In the past few years, more and more information has come to light about how industrial farming of animals has been detrimental for both consumer health and the environment. Although well-intentioned, Representative Capps' bill will allow industry to move this industrial model into our federal waters to create feedlots for fish.
