If you've contacted them before about this issue, contact them again! FROM National Anti-Vivisection Society (NAVS) CONTACT Locate and contact your U.S. Representative Locate and contact your U.S. Senators INFORMATION / TALKING POINTS The Pet Safety and Protection Act of 2009, H.R. 3907 and S. 1834, would ensure that all dogs and cats used by research facilities are obtained from legal sources. This bill would eliminate random source (or Class B) animal dealers and ensure that proper records are kept of cats and dogs sold to research facilities.
