Judge Cynthia Gray Hathaway INFORMATION / TALKING POINTS Case #10-012065-01 - Kristian Dennard Jackson On December 1, 2010 Kristian Dennard Jackson & Decarlos Lashawn Young pled guilty to animal killing/torturing and arson of real property. Both defendants were habitual third offenders and they pled to that as well. Young is to serve 17 months to 8 years, and Jackson is to serve 13 months to 8 years in the Michigan Department of Corrections. They are currently scheduled to be formally sentenced on December 16, 2010 at 9 a.m. Local residents who wish to support the prosecution by attending should contact the Court as dates and times are subject to change.
