Stop the Buffalo Slaughter

Please contact Yellowstone's Superintendent Dan Wenk and tell him not to slaughter any of our 600 buffalo being held prisoner! Please also urge him to pull out of the failed Interagency Bison Management Plan, and set all the trapped buffalo free! Remind him that Yellowstone's responsibility is to protect wild buffalo, not Montana's livestock interests.

Over 660 wild buffalo are being held prisoner by Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone intends to ship some buffalo to slaughter, and we must stop them!

Baby buffalo are now being born inside these horrible traps, and they, their mothers, and their families must be set free. Yellowstone had said they would release them all but now they intend to ship 100 buffalo to slaughter houses in Idaho.

Please contact Yellowstone's Superintendent Dan Wenk and tell him not to slaughter any of our buffalo! Please also urge him to pull out of the failed Interagency Bison Management Plan, and set all the trapped buffalo free! Remind him that Yellowstone's responsibility is to protect wild buffalo, not Montana's livestock interests.
