From Elias - 27 Jun 2004

I was watching "Iron Chef " on television this evening and today’s theme was foie gras. I am a chef in only a few ethnicities. Tonight was the first time I ever heard of this ingredient. I was curious what it was. I searched the web and saw your site. I'm so glad you have your website. It is very informative. I never knew animals went through that kind of torture. That is very upsetting to me; it makes my stomach turn.

I hope and wish you the best in your crusade against cruelty towards animals. I will keep you all in my prayers so that you stay strong against this evil that you are against.

Dear Elias:

Thank you for your letter.

We’re particularly encouraged by the fact that you’re a chef and feel the way you do about the tortured animals and the plates you serve.

We will keep you in prayer, too.

Please tell others about what you have learned, and refer them to our web site so that they can see for themselves.

In the Love of the Lord,
