Moo-ving people toward compassionate living
From Antonio de Costello - 13 Sep 2004
i am spanish and was deeply offened by your website and you said that bullfighting is a sadist sport. i am a professional matador and have a family background of matadors. it is a very traditional sport and spectators and fans of mine realise this and that is why we love the sport.when i am with a bull inside the ring,i sense feeling of very proud as i think back to my grand father and my father as how proud they would be of me being a matador. when it comes to the end and i stab the bull in the back of the neck and it falls to the floor and dies,it is the proudest feeling of my carear.it is a very traditional sport and u would hope you can appreciate our traditions. reply

The Bible teaches us that the three basic sins are the lust of the eye, the lust of the flesh, and the boastful pride of life.
From reading your letter, you seem to have fallen into the last of these three sins quite heavily, and now you no longer care who suffers and dies as long as it keeps you in the spotlight and within the rain of cheers from those who equally glory in the sight of death and suffering.
We can well understand why you would be offended by our web site, because our message of compassion has stuck a pin in your bubble of pride much in the same way that you stab a bull, and it hurts.
In the Love of the Lord,
