I am vegetarian but I eat eggs. What is the least cruelest way to still eat eggs and not harm any animals? I canít believe what we do to other living creatures.

Dear Derek:

Thank you for writing, but unfortunately we don't know of any way to buy eggs without causing suffering and death. In order to have laying hens, the breeders also have and equal number of male chicks who are killed since they have no commercial value.

The hens suffer as we have depicted on our web site, and when they no longer lay "enough" eggs, the are killed. From all our investigations and research, we have come to the conclusion that all animal foods come with suffering and death.

In the Love of the Lord,

Frank and Mary
