Moo-ving people toward compassionate living

From Shontel Mills - 24 May 2006 I live in Kansas on a 25 acre farm. We have 4 spoiled babies of our own. My daughter and I would like to be a foster home to needy horses until they are nursed back to health and then be able to find them the home that they deserve. Can you give me any information on how to even get this started and who I need to contact to let them know that I am willing to do this. My town already knows that I take in stray dogs and they are now dumped off at my house so I don't even have to go looking for them anymore. My heart breaks for all of the children in the world that have bad lives. My husband says that I can't just bring all these kids home so instead I do it with animals. Any help you could give me will be appreciated. Thank you, Shontel Mills Reply from Frank and Mary Dear Shontel: Thank you very much for writing and for compassionate care you give to
