From L - 23 Jan 2007 I am truly disgusted and furious with these images of the raccoon dog skinning! What horrendous and sadistic images! What is being done to try to protect these poor creatures from any further torture?? What actions can be done? Please inform me on how I can contribute to the stopping of skinning these animals! This is truly the most horrible thing I have ever seen! what can I do to help??? Reply from Frank and Mary Dear L: Thank you for writing and for your desire to help. Since we and others have been exposing the truth about the horrors of the fur and other animal exploitation industries, there has been a public outcry against the atrocities, and many stores have removed these products. The more we keep up the pressure the sooner the market will dry up and there will be laws to protect the animals. Please spread the message to as many people as you can, and take a look at www.all-creatures.org/articles/act.html for additional help.
