Moo-ving people toward compassionate living
From Rebecca Weeks - 26 Jun 2007
I had never eaten foie gras until august of this year while on a trip to France. I had no idea how these animals were force fed until I returned to the US and learned of Chicago’s banning of foie gras. I was researching why the city would take such action when I came upon your web site. I was sickened by this cruelty and ashamed that I ate this food without knowing how it is created.
Thank you for educating me and others.
Of course I will never eat foie gras again.
