The Coalition to Ban Horse-Drawn Carriages invites you to come on down to the East Village’s funky No Malice Palace and join us at a fundraising party to benefit the Coalition working to get Carriage Horses off the streets of NYC and abolish the industry.
Date: Tuesday, October 24, 2006
Enjoy Vegan hors d’ oeuvres’ and treats, special guest entertainment, an art auction, a slide show and spectacular raffle prizes, all while learning about the Coalition's ongoing campaign and efforts to ban the horse-drawn carriage industry in New York City.
Vegan White Russians will be available at the bar all night long! Coalition T-shirts, tote bags, buttons and wrist bands for sale will be available as well. Your donation will go directly to our upcoming advertising campaign designed to educate the public about the industry, and promote our proposed ban legislation.
