Institutionalized Animal Cruelty – Fishing: Vladimir Putin
On 29 July 2013, the television news repeatedly played a video of Russian President Vladimir Putin pike fishing.
On the internet, there were many news reports about this fish killing event, and that Russians and Russian bloggers thought the event was a little “fishy” or staged.
However, it doesn’t really matter whether or not this fish killing escapade involving Vladimir Putin is real or staged, for it shows the hardness of heart of Vladimir Putin and all the others who are engaged in fish torture and killing, which is the correct way to view this so-called sport.
You could easily see in the video the total indifference to the suffering of the fish, when Vladimir Putin tried to pull the hook out of the fish’s mouth, and the fish thrashed violently in pain.
If Vladimir Putin was trying to score political points, he failed miserably, for all that is seen is his hardness of heart, for this entire “sport” is just another form of institutionalized animal cruelty.
Stop killing any other living being, and go vegan.
Show compassion and not cruelty.
