AM, at the United Methodist Church of Lenox, 6 Holmes Road, Lenox, MA 01240.
Following the Brunch, there will be a presentation by Steve Bernstein,
Founder and Director of Compassion in Action.” Steve’s Program is entitled,
“Some Of My Best Friends Eat Meat: Overcoming Obstacles In A Meat Eating
World.”
Everyone is asked to bring a dish to share that will feed 10 people and your
own place setting. If you need ideas, remember – fruits, green or pasta
salads, and rice dishes can all be simple and vegan. Or, bring juice. Coffee
and assorted teas will be provided. If you still need help, give us a call.
Compassion in Action is a humane education organization, which invites
individuals to explore their deepest beliefs about themselves, others and
the planet as they develop practical strategies to put their principles into
action. Respect for self and others are essential components of each
presentation. Always positive and hopeful, Compassion in Action addresses
fundamental questions about what it means to lead a life that is a daily
affirmation of peace and compassion.
