Prize Recipe Competition!

While not all members are vegetarian, most enjoy a meat-free meal, so The Ark is seeking the best (in the opinion of the judges) original vegetarian (or vegan) recipes for publication. (To be ‘original’ you need only change an ingredient or two! But it must be tried and tested).

The special prize is a hardback copy of

Delia’s Vegetarian Collection,

BBC Publications, 2002.

The prize will be awarded to the reader who sends in the two best recipes - one cheap and cheerful, and one suitable for a special occasion, such as Christmas. Send your two recipes to the Editor by 20 July 2003.
