2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. water or olive oil
1 can garbanzo beans (rinsed)
½ jar spaghetti sauce
Fry garlic and onions in water or oil for about 2 minutes.
Stir in garbanzo beans and sauce. Cover and simmer for
5-10 minutes – stirring occasionally.
This sauce is good eaten as is or can be served over grains or toast.
Other beans may be used in place of garbanzo beans.
This recipe may be doubled, if desired.
