A VA woman is resisting efforts by state game officials to take her
fallow deer and also a whitetail deer that was brought to her as a fawn
five years ago. His mom had been hit by a car. The game agency wants to
chop the whitetail deer’s head off to test for CWD and they want to give
the fallow deer to a local zoo!
They backed off when the press showed up for the showdown. The
neighbors are helping her to protest this cruelty. Her name is Phyllis
Goforth from Prince Edward County in VA.
