What We've Been Up To - Part 3

Since the last issue of the C.A.S.H. Courier, C.A.S.H. has been keeping an eye on the national media and has been letting legislators and officials at all levels of government know that there is strong support for the humane and responsible treatment of wildlife.

As you know, writing letters to the editors of newspapers across the country is an effective way to expose the nation to the hidden agendas of state and federal hunting agencies.  Letter writing allows C.A.S.H.’s members and supporters to have their views represented in parts of the country that may not have many outspoken pro-wildlife voices, and it also provides our Uncle Joe with a nice assortment of hate-mail from which he writes his column.  In recent weeks, C.A.S.H. has written to 149 newspapers in 45 states and word is spreading through the west that C.A.S.H. has arrived on the scene.

Because of your support, C.A.S.H. will continue to represent the interests of wildlife, habitat, and indeed all of society, when sport hunting threatens to destroy the natural world and impinge on citizens’ rights.
