Unconstitutional Hunter Harassment Law

The Iowa Constitution, Art. 1-Bill of Rights, Section 6 says, “…the
General Assembly shall not grant to any citizen, or class of citizens,
privileges or immunities, which, upon the same terms shall not equally
belong to all citizens.”
How in hell would the hunter harassment law
stand up in an impartial court? It isn’t illegal to harass bird
watchers or animal protectors. Here is a case of “FAVORED STATUS.”
