Ban Bear Hunting in North Carolina

From Elizabeth OíNan, NC

The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission (NCWRC) has ignored petitions from non-hunters to protect black bears and the public from the unchecked pattern of terrorism and abuse by bear hunters. Inadequate public meeting notice, failure to provide dedicated email addresses for public comments, and the refusal to grant disability access to meetings clearly show NCWRC bias towards bear hunters.

abolish sport hunting bear hunt

Thatís why I created a petition to Gordon Meyers, Executive Dir. NCWRC, Jim Cogdell, Chairman of NCWRC Commissioners, and 6 others.

P.S. Please share with other wildlife lovers that support equal rights for non-hunters.

You can see this video of Daisy and Elizabeth OíNan making Congressional testimony on their experience with bear hunters.  This was done through Lawless America.
