Governor Cuomo "Opens" NY to Hunting and Trapping

Gov. Cuomo has instituted a state initiative to increase hunting and trapping in NYS.

Bobcats, thought to have almost no population in western NY (WNY),  and a relatively small population in the state (est. 5,000), will nevertheless be hunted in parts of WNY for the first time in decades.

We urge you to contact Gov. Cuomo and strongly express your disapproval of his shortsighted and barbaric actions.

Phone (518) 474-8390; or e-mail him at this link: www.governor.ny.gov/contact/GovernorContactForm.php.

As pelts are valued at $500 to $1200, this is market hunting and trapping.

There will be much more about this in the next issue of the C.A.S.H. Courier.
