A “mole” assisted CASH in learning of a DEC draft plan to counter pressure from “wildlife management antagonists”; i.e., to block activities of Animal Rights people.  The document (dated 9/5/86) inaccurately characterized DEC management practices as coming from a “scientific approach,” and called AR concerns “emotionally based” and “subjective.”
