Altoona Mirror, PA
HUNTINGDON - A bright orange vest led searchers to a
Huntingdon man who had been missing for nearly 48 hours after he failed to
return to camp after a day of hunting.
The body of Mark Paul East, 44, was found submerged in the
Juniata River off Route 22 behind the Holiday Bowl just before 3 p.m.
Monday.
A helicopter crew caught a glimpse of something orange in
the water, and searchers in boats recovered his body.
