(Lake Eufaula-AP) -- A McAlester man has drown while duck
hunting at Lake Eufaula.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 49-year-old Keith Sallaska
tried to retrieve his boat that had drifted from shore at about 7:30
Saturday morning.
He tried to swim to the boat, but high winds pushed the
boat out. Sallaska's hunting partner made it back to shore, but he was
unable to swim back to shore.
His body was recovered at about 11
Saturday morning in 8 feet of water about 50 feet from shore.
