Woodstock, Va. (AP) 20 August 2004
A Shenandoah County jury has convicted a Pennsylvania man
of involuntary manslaughter for killing his hunting companion last fall.
Thirty-one-year-old Mark Anthony Hall was charged last
November after he accidentally shot 23-year-old Chris Ryman while the two
were deer hunting in Fishers Hill.
The jury recommended that Hall serve nine months in the
Shenandoah County Jail and be fined $2,500.
