Another dispute over hunting land turns violent, this time in Sauk County. One man is in custody and one man is hospitalized.

Sauk County Sheriff's officials said Charles Goad of Reedsburg confronted two hunters on his land Thursday, and a fight broke out.

Dale Fleming, 35, of Lyndon Station was arrested for battery and trespassing. A 16-year old juvenile with Fleming was also involved.

Goad's son told WISC-TV in Madison his father was hit in the head with the butt of a rifle and suffered a broken nose and other injuries.

News 3 will have more information tonight.
