ALDERMAN HUNTING ACCIDENT

PALO - A hunter was injured Saturday afternoon when he was struck
by a slug.
The incident happened around noon while the man was with a deer hunting
party in a public hunting area in the Chain Lakes area off Blairs Ferry
Road near Palo. Investigators have not yet determined if the man was
shot with his own weapon, by a member of his hunting party or someone
else.
