IA - Hunter shoots 79-year-old man and his dog

Police and the Carroll County Sheriff's department is still investigating the hunting death of 79-year-old Charles Pittman, a non-hunter who was walking his dog Saturday in the Mississippi Palisades State Park, before authorities say he and his dog were shot with a hunter's bullet.
