Friends & Family Say Goodbye To Teen Killed In Hunting Accident

Friends and family gathered in the Pineville High School Gym for the funeral of 17 year old Jereme Neal who often played basketball games there.

Teammates, friends, and family all say he always had a huge smile that was contagious.

"If you were having a bad day, he'd make you smile. He'd brighten my day everyday I saw him," said Billy Rye.

Jereme Neal died Saturday after police say a gun accidentally went off while he and two other boys were squirrel hunting.

Police say they don't suspect foul play.
