Man Hospitalized After Hunting Accident
Duxbury, Vermont - January 15, 2008
A Duxbury man was in the hospital Tuesday night after being shot
by his brother.
Police say the pair were hunting off the Meaker Road when the
younger brother fired his shotgun at what he thought was a rabbit.
He struck his brother, 19-year-old Drew Benoit, in the leg and hand.
He's listed in stable condition at Central Vermont hospital.
Police have not released the name of the younger brother because
he's a juvenile.
