Benton teen injured in hunting accident
BENTON, Wis. -- A Benton teenager was treated for non-life
threatening injuries following a hunting-related accident around 4 p.m.
Saturday on Lafayette County J in Benton Township.
Robert Miller, 18, suffered injuries when his firearm malfunctioned,
resulting in facial injuries, according to the Lafayette County
Sheriff's Department. The state Department of Natural Resources, Benton
First Responders, Cuba City Ambulance service and Lafayette sheriff's
department assisted at the scene.
