On November 24th, 18-year-old Andrew Pfaffe of Durand got hurt because of
a deer hunting accident. But luckily, his friends were with him - and sprung
into action.
"We were all doing a deer drive together," Andrew said. "We were walking
back to the truck because one of my buddies just shot a deer. We were
walking with our handguns out, but we decided to holster them. It just went
off as it was going into the holster."
Andrew says the bullet went in through his hip and came out about 4 to 5
inches below his knee - hitting a major artery in his leg.
"I thought I was gonna' die," he said.
