Crossville man dies in Colorado hunting accident
A Crossville family is mourning the loss of a loved one who apparently
died on a hunting trip in Colorado.
The Aspen Daily News reported that Randy Neal of Crossville died
Saturday.
Neal was on a hunting trip with his brother and another hunting buddy
when the accident happened a little south of Redstone.
According to the Daily News, the brother told authorities the men became
separated for a few hours deep in the backcountry and that's when Neal fell
off his mule and died.
Rescue crews are searching for Neal's body. It is believed to be in
craggy terrain near Hawk Creek.
Authorities confirmed Neal's death Saturday night.
The paper reports that Neal's wife, who is pregnant, has flown to
Colorado.
