OH: Man shot in turkey hunting accident

Man shot, injured Sunday in turkey hunting accident
BRUSH CREEK TOWNSHIP - A 23-year-old man was injured Sunday morning while
turkey hunting when he was allegedly shot by a shotgun by his 27-year-old
brother, who was also turkey hunting.
The incident occurred at approximately 8:30 a.m. on private property
owned by family. The victim was airlifted from the scene to University
Hospital in Cincinnati.
An investigation into the incident is being conducted by the Ohio
Department of Natural Resources. No names were released by the department.
The spring turkey season began on April 19 and ends on May 16.
