Police: Man Shot and Killed While Turkey Hunting in Perry County

WHEATFIELD TOWNSHIP, Perry County -
A Middle Paxton Township man is dead after being shot while turkey
hunting
in Perry County. It happened Saturday evening near Paradise Road in
Wheatfield Township. The victim was Hugh James McCord, 53.
Pennsylvania Game Commission Spokesman Jerry Feaser says two men were
hunting for turkey when one shot the other in the neck.
State Police are investigating the incident . No word yet if any charges
will be filed.
