11/22/2010
It's the most common hunting accident and now a Penfield man is in the
hospital because of it.
63-year-old Thomas Rogers is in guarded condition this morning, after he
fell out of a tree stand.
It happened in Naples this weekend. Rogers told crews that he fell 12
feet to the ground, after trying to reach the top rung on his ladder.
He was taken to Strong Hospital by Mercy Flight.
